Shipping & Delivery

Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days, after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. The majority of our products ship from our main site in Los Angeles, California, but we have partnerships with companies in the United States and China. 

You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. For standard shipping we use a varity of curriors; typically UPS, but if the product is shipping from one of our internatinal suppliers we may use DHL or a courier from China.   If you have questions regarding your order, please email us at info@shopsoulena.com to review the status of your order. You may also give us a call or text (805) 764-1675 Mon-Fri between the hours of 11a and 5p PST  

We will email you a tracking number, once your order has shipped.


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Address Options 
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.

Lost/Missing Packages 
Souléna Boutique is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
